Event: Robinsons Launch Flagship Store at Four Seasons Place

If you're an avid Robinsons fan and you have not paid a visit to the flagship Robinsons Flagship store, it's high time you step foot in there because it is absolutely amazing! Dubbed Robinsons Kuala Lumpur, Shoppes at Four Seasons Place, the official launch kicked off with a special VIP Night with specially curated shopping and retail experiences, exclusive gifts, special promotions, fun activities, giveaways and more reflecting the unique Robinsons touch. 

It was a night to behold as celebrity fans as well as members of the media came in full force to show their support for the brand in this by-invitation-only event. Among the VVIPs who attended were Paul Delaoutre, President - Retail of Al-Futtaim Group; Christophe Cann, Group Chief Executive Officer - Asia of Al-Futtaim Group; Ashley Tang, General Manager and Director of Robinsons Malaysia; YBhg. Datuk David Ban, Executive Director of Venus Assets; and Zahir Kelvin Ong Abdullah, Director of Venus Assets.

Even Dayang Nurfaizah made an appearance! Decked in a stunning attire by Alexander Wang that is available exclusively in Robinsons, she enthralled the guests of the night with her rendition of pop songs and her singing prowess blew everyone away.

More fun and revelry continued as guests weaved through the flagship store that was transformed to showcase pop-up spaces of curated wonders.

Among these include the Virtual Fashion Box where guests were videographed in their OOTDs and broadcasted live on LED screens; a kaleidoscope photowall to capture wonderful insta-worthy moments during the night; and carnival-like games such as the Claw Machine, Wheel of Fortune and Ring Toss for a chance to win wonderful prizes from See By Chloe, Hugo by Hugo Boss, Adidas Originals, Dyson, KitchenAid, Nespresso and many more.

To complete the wonderful experience, guests also participated in a cause when they purchase a #CuratedCollection Mystery Box for only RM100. All sales proceeds would go directly to Mercy Malaysia’s Palu Relief Fund to help communities affected by the earthquake and tsunami in Palu, Sulawesi. Each box contains surprises worth RM200 or up to RM2,000.

The grand launch continued over the weekend, where Robinsons cardmembers and the public get to join in the fun and enjoy many wonderful curated activities, gifts, special promotions and exclusive treats. 

Aside from being part of the official opening ceremony, cardmembers will also get a chance to participate in the same curated games and treats that happened during VIP Night to win themselves fantastic prizes. Food and beverages as well as special F&B discounts will be served all day long.

Shoppers visiting Robinsons Kuala Lumpur during the celebration are also encouraged to download Robinsons Digital Passport. This Robinsons Digital Passport allows shoppers to scan their personalised QR code at every touch point to redeem a gift via Robinsons’ special #CurateYourWonderful promo during the launch. Looking for something for the men? Who says there's nothing for you guys out there? I strolled the men's floor, and found so many gems, I wished le bb was there with me so I could get him to try some of the clothes and model them for me.

If you're a man needing a tie for every occasion, look no further as there are ties galore at Robinsons. The set up was too pretty to resist, I had to take a photo.

Even the living area was so tastefully done up, I was so tempted to sit on the comforter and bask in the softness of the pillows. I daresay if I did so, I would fall asleep right then and there!

Last but not least, I got to try the Dyson Airwrap, as they had it on display. The lady very kindly agreed to help me blow and style my hair for the night, and I loved it!

This was done with the smaller barrel, I think 30mm? Absolutely loved how the waves fell over so effortlessly. But the hefty price tag though, it was too much for my pocket to take. How do you like the finished look?
