Selamat Hari Raya!!

sigh...hehe...Hari Raya was last week, but only now have time to post...Swinburne servers all down..

So anyway, we went celebrating on the 2nd and 3rd day of Raya..
2nd day - Encik Shariman, Azelea, and Amalina
3rd day - Abang Izat, Azalina

To all my other malay friends, who, incidentally, are back for Raya and I didn't get the chance o visit you, SORRY!!!! I didn't mean it..

I have to say, I noticed that Malays are different from chinese when it comes to decorating their house..Malays pay more atention to detail and aesthetic value compared to chinese.. It's true..I don't have the words to describe in detail, so lets just leave it at that...

So who went visiting with us? me, Ron, Lilian, Edward, Wei Khee, Darren Sim, and Bello. Ching Yiew was supposed to follow us as well, but he had tenis coaching at 4, so he opted out instead.

By right, we were supposed to take off at 2, so we could reach Shaman's house by 3, give or take...but, Ron only picked me at 3... -_-" so we were a whole hour late..Ivor was supposed to visit with us, but in the end, due to unforeseen circumstances, he didn't. Instead, he met us at Azelea's house..

We found Shaman's house with ease, but the way to Azie's house was frought with obstacles. Since only Ron knew the way, he lead the rest of the drivers, who are Darren, and Ed. but at the roundabout they lost sight of him, and proceeded to get lost..we actually took close to one hour to reunite everyone...which was by 6.. O_o

I told Ron he was driving too fast, but he denied it! cis...jelas jelas the speedometer read approx 70km/j, he said no?!?! and it was with lanes full of traffic summore..had to wait til Darren asked him to slow down then he admit defeat..

We met so many people at Azie's house, it was like a high school reunion thingy..even Pn June went! wow..

To list the ones we met that I remembered...Agan, Jonnathan Inggit, Melvin, Hazwan, Tim, Bertram, Darrel, BrenChin, Jason Chang, Samuel Wong, etc..too many to remember!! *paiseh*

At Abang Izat's house, I was rendered speechless. So grand!!!! when I have a house of my own, I want a tv room EXACTLY like his. and his cakes and cookies are to die for! Especially the chocolate cheese cake...Have to bribe the recipe out of him...Azalina's chocolate cake was also delicious! *sigh* I think I put on at least 5 kg...have to do extra exercise to get rid of the excess fat..dahlah I so gemuk..cis...

Oh ya, calista came back for raya, an she didn't even let us know til we're at Azie's house...Cal, if you're reading this, must call us next time ar..
